On the back is a stamp indicating this piece was once owned by Jerry Bails. Jerry Bails is known as "The father of comic book fandom" and one of the most significant comic historians. A superb page showing The Spirit and Ebony White with a belated entrance as the thugs walk off freely with the cities' payroll checks. An overall awesome page!
