Up for bid is a lot of 8 Uncanny X-Men Comics (Issues 131,132,133,134,135,136,137,138)! The Dark Phoenix Saga tells the story of Jean Grey's transformation into the Dark Phoenix! Appearances include Emma Frost, Kitty Pryde, the Hellfire Club, and of course, the Uncanny X-Men! The only issues missing from this story are issues #129 and #130 (Some people do not include #138 in the Dark Phoenix Saga but it certainly goes with the incredible story). The Dark Phoenix Saga still stands as one of the greatest X-Men stories in Marvel history, so don't miss this opportunity to get almost all the comics at a great price. 

I don't pretend to be a professional grader, but I will try to give my best guess as stated below. A professional grader may find them to be in better condition, as I try to give a conservative grader as a seller. Check out the pictures attached to grade for yourself. 

#131 - 8.0-8.5 - Edges/corners look great, typical wear for VF

#132 - 8.0-8.5 - Same as above. 

#133 - 8.0 - Great corners, VERY minor spine wear. 

#134 - 7.5-8.0 - Corner wear/edge wear. VF-

#135 - 7.0-7.5 - Same as above, but has visible print line (see picture, print line is vertical, goes down from the "X" in X-Men logo)

#136 - 8.5-9.0? - Great condition, very clean copy/GREAT color

#137 (double-size issue) - 7.0? - Corner wear, slight spine stress?, typical wear

#138 - 8.0-8.5 - Great color, clean, typical corner wear

*Again, these are not guaranteed grades. They are simply my best guess. 

All issues would be classified as WHITE to OFF-WHITE pages and staples are securely attached.  

I am very picky about comics I buy and receive, and I want you to be just as happy as I would be if I were purchasing it. The comics are already enclosed in a mylar storage bag with an acid-free backing board. These are high grade archival materials that are meant to preserve comics/papers. I place the majority of my comics in these materials, even if they don't require it, because I place high priority on preservation.
