PAYPAL ONLY. PLEASE BID ONLY IF YOU INTEND TO PAY IN A TIMELY MANNER AFTER THE AUCTION ENDS, WITHIN FOUR DAYS. See more below about terms and conditions and combined shipping options.

This is just one of many X-Men/X-Men related comic listings I will be posting over the next few weeks. Check out my other auctions for cool and hard to find X-Men comics, as well as the more common books and series. I’m sad I have to sell these but times are tough...  I have over 8,000 different X-Men comics so be ready to buy. If you have any questions regarding condition, shipping, other auctions or anything PLEASE WRITE ME BEFORE BIDDING. I may be able to accommodate your wishes but I can’t do anything if I don’t hear from you.

Rare, older and hard to find comics will be listed individually while newer and common comics will be listed roughly 10-12 at a time in a lot by title or run. Variants, one-shots, graphic novels/TPBs and such will also be listed individually.

All comics come bagged and boarded individually in re-sealable comic bags that fit the comic. They are shipped securely taped to cardboard reinforcement (if you’re bidding in a bag you’re in the wrong auction). BE CAREFUL CUTTING THE TAPE ON THE CARDBAORD, THERES A VALUABLE COMIC INSIDE. Up to about 8 comics will be shipped in a waterproof shipping envelope. More than that will be put in a box with bubble wrap and/or Styrofoam packing peanuts.

I DO COMBINE SHIPPING and I ship by weight. I don’t make a dime from shipping except for maybe a few cents to cover my packaging, tape, printing and labeling. Here’s the kicker tho… I am going to be listing a lot of stuff over a fairly long period of time and sometimes I can’t wait til everything ends to send invoices and get paid. I can wait up to four days for other to auctions end and maybe a little longer IF I AM CONTACTED FIRST. If you are buying costly comics I suggest you use the priority mail option as they will get to you faster and the USPS tends to handle priority mail more carefully and its really not much more than media/economy, but an economy option will be available. I ship the day I am paid or the day after depending on what time of day payment is made. Tracking info is loaded when the label is printed, right after payment is made. Just remember, I am NOT responsible for how your mailman handles your package. That is beyond my control and why the USPS offers shipping insurance. I am also not responsible for how long a package takes to get to you after it leaves my place. Most stuff, even economy, arrives within four days after I ship it but you never know. Please follow the tracking info. Make sure your address is correct with eBay/Paypal as that is the address it’s going to be sent to. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS… I am sorry but I won’t be selling the early X-Men, rare comics or valuable ones internationally. Too much fraud going on there and there is zero tracking after it leaves the US. I am not going to lose a good comic because I can’t track it. Sorry folks.

NOTE ON CONDITION: I am no comic book grading professional but I am a collector. Condition is my opinion, along with what ‘The Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide’ says about how to grade a comic. Sometimes I am wrong but if I am we can figure out some way to fix it. Look at the photo(s). On older or rare comics I will provide a list of defects, but on run of the mill and bigger lots I will most likely just list a condition. I won’t list a comic as in NM or better condition even when it is. VF+ is the highest I will go and there may not be an actual condition listed on some comics. I have had too many disagreements with buyers over condition. Just know that VF+ means it is probably in better condition than that. Please don’t nitpick.

Newbies and those with low feedback (under 5 or 10, I haven’t decided yet) please contact me before you bid. I apologize in advance but I have been burned too many times by new bidders who don’t know the eBay rules and don’t pay or take forever to pay. It costs me money to list and it costs me money to sell. I also work a full-time job. I make time to list and sell on eBay and a buyer should make the time to pay for won items, so I am careful about who I sell to. I will be reading your feedback and if I don’t like what I see I will cancel your bid unless you have already contacted me.

I won’t sell outside eBay so don’t even ask. I like the protections eBay/Paypal gives me and you should too. I also won’t break up listed sets or lots. Starting prices will be low enough for you to maybe buy the entire lot and sell the ones you already have or don’t want. If an auction ends without the item selling, please don’t write me asking me to sell it to you. It was listed for seven days and you had the chance to bid then. It will probably be re-listed soon anyway.

I leave you feedback when you pay. I am not one for those asshat sellers who holds feedback hostage until the buyer leaves feedback. You have fulfilled your obligation to me right when you pay. It is now up to me to fulfill my obligation to you, as the buyer, with fast secure handling and by making sure the comic(s) is/are in the condition as listed. Shipping speed is up to you depending on when you pay, what shipping option you use and how good the USPS is on any given day. I have a one day turnaround after I am paid for an item, except if you pay Saturday, then it ships the following Monday.

One last thing… Bidding on eBay is a legally binding contract between the buyer, the seller and eBay. I do open unpaid item cases on buyers who don’t pay in a timely manner. If I took the time to list it, and if I have to pay eBay to sell it, then you need to pay me for winning it. That’s how eBay works. eBay allows only two days to pay after an auction ends now. I am a little more flexible, especially if you contact me. If, after four days, I have not received payment I will write you and ask for payment. If I don’t hear back from you in 24 hours a case will be opened. I’m sorry, but that’s the way it is. I have had issues with non-payment before.

Cheers and good luck.
