UNCANNY X-MEN Issue #110 - 1978 - VF/NM 9.0 Phoenix Joins The Team!!!
This book was pulled from the rack when the comic came out almost 40 years ago, read once carefully, then bagged, boarded and stored vertically in a long box in a smoke free, mold and mildew free home lo these many years.
Book is in nice shape, with deep glossy cover inks, reasonably square cover with slightly blunted corners, a few small stress marks on spine, cover is flat with a few small imprints, a small crease at top corner with color loss, small nick and crease bot corner, but other no nicks, dings or scratches, no missing pieces, rips or tears, no stains, water damage or tape, staples are slightly discolored but are firm and not rusty, cover is attached and no pages have cut-outs or are missing, pages are OW. Nice affordable bronze age copy for your collection that will continue to grow in value.
I'm not a professional grader but I have been around comics a long time and this book compares with other books I have seen with a CGC 8.0 VF grading. (Overstreet Price Guide for 8.0 is $38).
