Description

About the item:

Batman is one of the most enduring and beloved comic book characters of all time, and has been portrayed in many different ways on television and in film since the mid 1900s. His greatest female foe, turned love, Catwoman, has appeared right along side him.  This limited edition print features the work of award-winning Mad Magazine artist Tom Richmond and caricatures seven different portrayals of Selina Kyle spanning over 50 years of her appearances on the big and small screens, including Julie Newmar– Batman TV show seasons one and two (1966-1967) Lee Meriwether in the 1966 Batman film, and Eartha Kitt, the third and final Adam West television series Catwoman (season three, 1967-1968) as well as Michelle Pfieffer from Batman Returns (1992) Halle Berry in the first Catwoman film (2004), Anne Hathaway from The Drak Knight Rises (2012) and finially Camren Bicondova as a young Selina Kyle in Fox's Gotham (2015-present).

The print measures 11 by 24 inches, is in nm/mint and undisplayed condition and is limited to only 450 individually signed and hand-numbered prints (this is a very low print number 10!). Please note- the signature is real. It is the actual, hand-signed signature of Richmond. It is not a pre-printed image on the print. Stock photo used – signature appears to the far bottom right and the number (10/450) designation to the far left.
