There are NO TEARS, RIPS, or CUTOUTS in this book. I would personally put this in the Very Fine/Very Fine + area...
All comics are bagged/boarded and shipped in a cushioned/protected envelope (I always sandwich the comics between two foam boards or cardboard when shipping, for extra security against bending). I try to ship next day, after receiving payment. USPS First Class w/tracking # always provided, so you know where your stuff is. I buy, as well as sell, so I always appreciate receiving a tracking #.
