Domestic shipping via USPS Priority Mail is $7 for this item.  Shipping is in a Priority Mail box to preserve the condition of the book.  I will gladly combine shipping on multiple wins...price will increase pretty much based on what coast you're on and how many books you get.  If you win multiple raw books and don't want the extra protection, Priority Flat Rate Envelope is also available for $5.50.  Please note that I do not ship Media Mail nor First Class.
