It is in VF/NM condition, probably around 9.0 max. NO TEARS White/Off White pages. Note: 2 minor color breaks on spine. Top of upper staple has minor color loss.This might be a good candidate for Slabbing...
All my books have been bagged & boarded & kept in low-temp, dry storage in the basement of my smoke-free home for over 35 years.
