The Spirit #20 (April 1950, Quality) High Grade! "The Vortex" A Story of Terror!3 Complete Spirit Stories!
The cover is bright, I can see no shadows, a pencil notation on the S in Spirit, an area of very light wear 3" down the right side from the top, a 1/8" color loss on the bottom edge 3/4" from the bottom right corner, a light 3/4" crease across the bottom left corner, the staples are tight, a half-dozen tiny horizontal stress splits on the spine.  The back cover is very lightly tanned, with a narrow, light shadow across the bottom, no tears or missing pieces, very light foxing at the edges. The contents are cream to light tan, complete, undamaged except for a very light thumb ruffle.  A comic worth getting graded.  I like it!

These comics were all owned by one boy who collected them in the late 1940’s and early 1950’s.  He lived in the same home all his life and kept the comics in stacks in a storage room.  Some have sun shadows from being exposed to light across one edge, some do not.  We are trying our best to describe each one fully in the listing.  Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
