The Flash Silver Age Comic Book 12 Cent DC Comics Vintage Run #137, 138

This auction is for a couple issues of DC Comics The Flash #137, 138. Cover price is 12 cents. I believe they are from the Silver Age of comics. 

       My uncle recently passed away and had a substantial comic book collection and I am helping my aunt sell the comics online.  I know that vintage comics are supposed to have a special rating, however, I'm not sure what to look for.  So, hopefully the pictures do them justice.  I tried taking extra close-up pictures to show any flaws that a general shot may have missed.  I'm not sure why there appears to be a shadow of darkness on the upper half of the full cover shot, but please refer to close-ups for flaws.  I apologize for any glare, it's the camera's fault not the book's. 

       Please don't take the initial starting price of $4.99 as an indication of condition.  As mentioned, I'm not trained in comic valuation, so I like to start the auctions low and let the market drive the price.  The entire collection has been stored in longboxes in a closet for as long as my aunt can remember and most were stored in plastic.  Most of which are in pretty good condition.  As far as I know, none of them are restored.  The staples are not very rusted, all the coupons are inside, and the pages appear to be intact.
