This NO RESERVE listing is for an Unrestored FLASH #138 and the scans should help to make things clear. IMO, this is a beautiful VF to VF+ book.

GRADING: CGC items are self explanatory. As for Raw books, while grading is subjective, I do know how to grade and I am accountable. If I graded it I stand behind it. If I'm slightly off and you disagree with the grade, please be aware that sometimes I miss the ball - but not by much. SHIPPING: Unfortunately the USPS still has a few kinks in their system so I utilize insurance and delivery confirmation to ensure that your book arrives to you in the condition it was sold to you. Best of all is that this method protects you as a buyer and me as a seller. I use USPS Priority Mail with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation. I also use packing materials that have an attendant cost. 

RETURNS: I'll accept returns only if I have been grossly negligible in my description of the item. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON CGC BOOKS. I reserve the right to end this listing at any time.
