Payment: We accept payment through PayPal. Payment is expected as soon as possible, but we are accepting of customers waiting a week or two to submit payment. Typically, if payment is not received after three weeks, an Unpaid Item Case will be opened with eBay. We do, however, reserve the right to open an Unpaid Item Case sooner than three weeks.
Packaging: We ensure that you receive the comics/ Magazines in the same condition that they are photographed. We take great care in packing each order. All Comics / Magazines are shipped bagged and boarded ( Unless you are buying lots). The product is shipped in Priority Mail Envelopes with a three ply cardboard flat for protection. Larger orders are placed into a USPS Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate shipping box, filled with packing peanuts (or other suitable filler) and then shipped out. Larger orders are sent out in Multiple USPS Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate shipping boxes in order to ensure that no damage comes to the product during shipping.
Shipping: All orders are sent via Expedited Shipping, depending on weight. Any order over $300 is sent with Signature Confirmation. We do offer combined shipping to customers from the US and Canada ( Canadian orders are exact Postage from 60641 with $2.00 surcharge for packaging
Combined Shipping: If you win multiple auctions, please wait for an invoice from us before sending payment. If you plan on bidding on additional items after winning auction please email us to hold off on invoicing/shipping . You should receive an invoice from us no later than 11:00pm CST. Combined shipping charges are as follows:
US Buyers: SHIPPING $5.50 for the first auction (First Class Postage), SHIPPING each additional auction is $2.00. Occasionally there is a Comic or Magazine that due to its size (Weight) it will have to be shipped Priority Mail. We adjust the Shipping in the auction format to $7.50 for the first item, $2.00 for subsequent items.
SHIPPING ON LOTS: We do sell Comicbooks and Magazines in Lots on occasion. Shipping for lots is as stated for each lot due to weight. We will combine lots as feasible and adjust the shipping costs on a Lot by Lot basis.
Canadian Buyers: We absolutely WILL NOT adjust the declared value of your order. It is quite illegal for us to do so and against the eBay Terms of Service for a buyer to request a lower value.
Returns: We do accept returns on any purchase. Please call or message us BEFORE using the eBay Hassle-Free Return system to discuss your concerns, as sometimes we can come to an agreement without you needing to complete a return.
