I am not a professional comic book grader or a collector but I my opinion this book is in good condition. Yes it has some flaws such as evidence of some slight moisture. It also has some pencil markings on inside back cover. Edges show some signs of wear. But with this all being said it still is not bad and would be a fine collectors issue.
