Avengers #3 !! CGC'd at 9.0...cracked because I know it will grade higher , especially with a pressing..
There is very minimal color touch on certain stress lines on the cover , and the bleed through has been fixed (see the pics) so that it does not show anymore! This can be further fixed to the point where it will NOT BE SEEN AS HAVING ANY RESTORATION if looked after professionally... So what you have here is a possible 9.4 universal grade if you just jump through the right hoops! It should be no problem to get a 9.2 from any of the 3 companies doing grading services, and as CBCS does not use different color labels but instead just lists any work done on the book within the label, well, as stated this is a GOOD CANDIDATE for a pressing and a 9.2-9.4...IMHO
the winning bidder of this auction may ask for as many more pictures as they wish until they are happy with what they have bought! I do not mind sending any number of pictures if it will help avoid the needless return process, which severely disrupts my business model!
