This is a nice copy of a very cool Silver Age book. This is Tales of Suspense #98 published by Marvel in 1968. This book features the first meeting of Captain America & Black Panther, who both feature prominently in the upcoming Captain America Civil War movie. Condition-wise, this one is pretty nice for the age. The book is complete and lies flat. The spine is really the only area with wear. There are several minor dings a few break color very slightly. There is also a small tear near the bottom staple and a razor thin color breaking crease near the word "Cap" at the bottom. The color is gorgeous on the book, it really pops not faded at all. No rips, tears, writing, etc. The right hand 75% of the book is completely free of defects. The interior pages are slightly off-white, but pretty nice for the age.
Overall, I would call this book a FN/VF 7.0. I could see the case for a FN+ 6.5, but it presents very well and looks very fresh. It is getting tougher to find raw books of this age in this condition, grab this one while you can.
