This book is in 3.0 condition. Here are the condition issues that you should be aware if you decide to add this key issue to your collection, besides what's obvious from the attached photographs:
• Moderate wear down the spine of the book
• There is a tear (one inch across, half inch down) on the front cover, at the top right corner• There is a tear (one inch across, 1/4 inch down) on the front cover, at the bottom right corner• Some deterioration exists at the top staple on the spine• The front cover and the back cover are split apart from the bottom staple to the bottom of the page. Otherwise, the rest of the book is firmly attached to the staples.• Some tears evident on the back cover, specifically at the bottom staple and the bottom corner of the book• Colors are off-white, no evidence of odor
