PAYMENT TERMS: You may make payment after my auctions with PayPal (to my personal address of jerryweist at comcast dot net), or call my office (978) 283-1419 with your Visa or MC information. I do not accept American Express or Discover.

SHIPPING TERMS: It’s well documented with my feedbacks that I ship very carefully and in a timely fashion. PLEASE even when you pay with PayPal, remember it can take me four to five days to ship because I mount large number auctions (in excess of 200 lots at a time!) so hang in there with me - and know that I strive to ship within 48 hours of confirmed payment. Remember also, that I do everything in my auctions, including my own packing and shipping; years of experience with my auctions, years of experience with Sotheby's (as their comic consultant), and as a publisher mean that I take the time to protect your valuable collectibles. This means I pack very carefully.  In all these years I have never had a cracked C.G.C. comic (and I've shipped over 2,000 of them).

Please contact me after the auction ends if you wish to choose from the following options, that differ from the automatic shiping costs which go normally insured PRIORITY MAIL.  Remember if you have an expensive item over $1,000.00 I will automatically require Registered Mail.

I offer the following levels for those who wish different service and timing. Shipping may include a small handling fee.  MEDIA MAIL with insurance, for heavy boxes on domestic shipping within the USA only.  PRIORITY MAIL with insurance for domestic and International shipping is my standard.  The invoices will reflect the insurance charges on a seperate line. For purchases of  multiple lots we will consolidate the shipping, if possible, at a lower cost. REGISTERED MAIL with full insurance and return receipt requested for the more expensive items.  I will use Fed-Ex for International clients and those wishing faster delivery - however insurance coverage can prevent some items from going Fed-Ex.

MY PERSONAL COMICS HISTORY- WHO YOU ARE ORDERING FROM: Please go to my "About-Me" page on e-BAY to find out my professional background.

RETURN POLICY:  I will make a full return for any mistake in condition, or identification of a rare item.  Simply contact me within fourteen days of receiving your property and clearly express what is wrong.  I will also make adjustments and refunds based on condition (a tear not described on an expensive comic) many collectors are happy with a % of the value and want to keep the book - this is also OK.

RESERVES: Most people now know that my "starting price" is my reserve. No funny business, if you bid the starting bid, you're now the winner – it’s a hallmark of my e-Bay auctions to have no hidden higher reserves! PHOTOGRAPHY: All of the items pictured in my auctions lots are the actual items for sale, I do not use file photos- or stock photos- I always scan directly each item that is for sale.

SECOND OFFERS: My last few auctions have had many hackers offering items for sale from my auction on a second offer. I never offer items to underbidders unless I contact them directly, THEREFORE BEWARE, AND CALL ME if you have any second offers. Any second offer is likely to be a FAKE.

PLEASE NOTE THAT I MOUNT LARGE AUCTIONS, USUALLY OVER 100 LOTS AT A TIME, SO CHECK MY SELLERS OTHER ITEMS or STORE LISTING COLUMN FOR A COMPLETE LISTING.
