Up for auction is issue #133 of The Uncanny X-Men. This is from Marvel Comics and is dated May 1980. This issue contains story by Chris Claremont and artwork by John Byrne. As I am not a professional grader this is an ungraded item, but I would say it would probably be in VG condition or maybe better. Grading is an art not a science, take with a big grain of salt anyone who gives you a numerically graded comic that is not sealed and not from a professional grader. The only way to get an accurate grade is from a disinterested third party and even professionals may not grade the same comic the same way twice. I took very good pictures of key areas so you can decide on the comic's quality for yourself. This comic is from my personal collection. All photos where taken against the same white background so don't let the darkness or apparent "blueness" on some backgrounds fool you. I have not color corrected these photos as I didn't want to go tweaking colors so as to inadvertently mislead anyone. There is accumulated stress, wrinkling and minor staining on the cover and it can be more easily seen in photo #2. There are stress marks on the spine. The right edge is a little rough. Book is bagged, but not boarded. I am liquidating MANY items from my personal collection dating from the late 60's to the early 90's in the months to come, so please keep an eye out. Please look at all photos closely as they are as much a part of the description as the text and ask any questions before bidding.
