The photos are of the actual item you will receive. I am not a professional grader, so have included detailed photos so you may make you own assessment. Book is complete with no cut outs. There is tearing on the spine and around the staples. The cover is still attached at upper staple however it is detached at lower staple. Centerfold is attached at both staples.
