RETURN POLICY: Sorry, I do NOT accept returns on CGC'ed comics. They are professionally graded and what you see is what you get. There are NO surprises. HOWEVER, I DO PROVIDE FREE INSURANCE TO COVER THE ENTIRE VALUE OF WHAT YOU PAID (minus shipping costs) if it is damaged during the shipping process. So don't worry your investment will be covered either way. However, you will need to return the damaged comic book in order for me to initiate the insurance claim. Collecting and investing are my passion and hobby. This should be fun but I do understand things can happen while the item is in transit and getting a damaged item you have been exited to own can be extremely disheartening. The insurance policy can take a little time so please be patient and understand that it wasn't me who damaged the item but I will be the one to help make it right. I have a great feedback rating and it is my utmost goal to keep it that way by making this entire process as enjoyable and as easy as possible. :-)
PAYMENT: I only accept PayPal and payment is due within 4 days of the auction closing. If payment is not received I do have the right to re-list the item and report the issue to eBay. However, I completely understand that life happens. If you are having any issues that would cause you to need additional time then please email me immediately and I will make every effort to work with you.
SHIPPING POLICIES: I ship within 3-4 business days AFTER receiving the payment. However, to be completely honest I usually get it out within 1-2 business days. I use a lot of packing material to make sure that it gets to you safe and sound. Or at least a safe as possible. ;-)
