This 32 page, full color, 12 cent cover priced comic book stars the "The Avengers" (Hawkeye, Black Panther, Wasp and Goliath) and features the first full appearance of ULTRON. Also featured in this story are Black Knight, Crimson Cowl, KLAW, Radioactive Man, The Melter, Whirlwind and others. The story is written by Roy Thomas and illustrated by John Buscema. I have included a scan of the front and back covers so that you may judge the condition for yourself. This comic has always been a KEY Marvel comic book but now with the soon to be released "AVENGERS AGE OF ULTRON" movie it has become RED HOT!!! This book ships Bagged and Boarded.
