Here is a Marvel Comic "The Avengers, Captain America Lives Again" 4 March, 1964, first printing.  I'm not an expert on grading comics so please use my photos as your best description--if you have any questions please ask, I will answer as best as I can.  There are no missing or loose pages.  The cover is glossy.  On the first page there is a name written(see photo #7).  The pages have age darkening and some dried moisture marks.  The page edges have some small tears and fraying in places.   There are no creases or fold marks. I have posted 12 photos, all are of the actual item I am selling here and are an important part of my description.   All sales are final and AS-IS, returns will not be accepted, please be sure to read my description fully and examine all of my photos. I will do my best to answer any questions you might have--thank you for looking!

Note: your shipping and handling rate includes the cost of insurance to fully protect you against loss or damage during shipment. I am located in the far NW corner of Washington state, please understand that long distance shipments and large packages can make your rate higher.
