Description

You are bidding on one comic book as listed in the title.

Photos - I often have multiple copies of the same item in stock and the photo I take, while a fair representation of the item, may not be the actual item. If the specific item has a characteristic that sets it apart, I will note that in the listing or specifically photograph it.

Grading - CGC items have a specific grade with additional conditions noted on the label.

Autograph/Signatures - All items with autographs were collected by me either at a show or ordered through a distributor/publisher. If I have any validation/proof, I will post a photo on eBay and also include a copy with the shipped item. I will never sell a counterfeit item but the only proof that I may be able to offer is my word. I usually have a percentage of the proceeds for non-authenticated signatures go to a charity of my choice. As the buyer, you may be entitled to a tax deduction fot this portion.

Payment - Please pay with PayPal in a timely manner (within 5 days). If you need extra time, please contact me to let me know. I am very understanding.

Shipping - I usually ship next day but I sometimes travel during the week for my regular job. That is my reason for putting a 5 business day handling time on my items. I will ship as quickly as possible and will try to contact you if an item will take more than three days to ship.

International Shipping - I use eBay’s Global Shipping service to handle delivery and customs outside the United States. Any additional shipping, taxes or fees are determined and added by eBay in addition to my domestic charges.

Multiple Item Purchase - Please let me send one invoice for multiple purchases within a day or two as you may benefit with a reduced shipping cost for similar items. In certain conditions, I may need to charge separately for each item if combining the items in the same box would cause any of the items to be damaged (example: shipping a comic book with a box of Magic cards).
