The pencils on the page are by Renato Guedes, with inks by Jose Wilson Magalhaes on a story by DC Legend and former DC President, Paul Levitz. The issue marks the first appearance of Batman Beyond and Terry McGinnis in the DCU, pre-dating Batman #700 and the DCU-based that would debut later that month, with Terry McGinnis and his alter-ego featured prominently on this page.
