Perfectly centered copy.

Due to spine injury, have to raise funds soon otherwise planned on keeping. Will sell to highest offer or simply buy it now before that offer grabs it. Hard to find another period.  Very fair market minimum start... usually lists between $500-$800.00 depending on time.  And just hold onto for awhile as it's soaring up in value.  But you have to find one first and beat everyone else to it.

Any savoy comic collector investor knows why I invested in this in the first place. Point is I buy key books or amazing artistic covers as investments for the future.  I started far before when Wolverine made his first appearance in Hulk #181 and I still have them all.

I can barely walk and pain is... not good every minute of every day. Im looking for medical attention asap this isn't why I'm offering up books that will sell for sure fairly fast so I can get some medical relief asap.  Otherwise I wouldn't let this go for 20 years when it will be worth $5,000 and more. It will. Soon as I am able after recovery, Im buying one back. So good luck to the bidding collectors out there who find this at good timing online and can afford the opportunity. 

These high graded copies of this rarely come up out of collections and there aren't many.
