Return Policy:
If a significant mistake is made in describing an item or shipping damage occurs, the item can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of purchase price (shipping cost not refunded). In the event of a return, all items must be received by me in the same condition they were sent out in. If you damage the item ripping your package open or cutting into it without care I am not responsible for that & will not issue a refund. Their are obvious ways to tell if damage occured during shipping or after it was removed from package. This is ebay policy, even through buyers protection, so if you wish to send this back make sure you handle with care. No refunds for customer damaged items!

Attention Non-U.S. ,International, & Overseas buyers:
The Global Shipping Department will ship this item to you. Click calculated cost for your shipping quote. How it works is the small domestic shipping is paid to me to ship it to the Global Shipping Dept. (in the U.S.) who then handles shipping & delivery to you. For that, the Import charge & shipping charges are paid to them because they use a private service that provides online tracking & guaranteed delivery. This is how I ship overseas now due to past problems. Do not ask me for other arrangements unless your country is not eligible for the Global Shipping Department. Then I will work with you ONLY using USPS Express International (which is guaranteed delivery & tracking), in any case you will be charged the cost of that service & you will also cover the ebay fees. As I can't afford to pay 10% of a high shipping cost just because you live in another country. And I have no obligation to cover that.
