Police Comics #17 from March, 1943.

Coverless but otherwise complete

with supple cream to off-white pages. Centerfold and outer wrap detached (but present). Water staining by spine, with some blue-ish discoloration to some of the pages from book being wet in the past. 2-3" piece torn off and re-attached with two pieces of tape top left of last page. Piece out middle spine of outer wrap, not affecting stories.
