I am a private collector and do not grade comics. Please see photos to determine condition. Any obvious defects are noted and included in the photos. Not in mint condition. There is some wear to edges of cover / back cover (see photos) and a tiny tear on the cover on Hulk's face (see both sides in last 2 photos).
