This is a RARE opportunity to acquire the contents of an old warehouse in Virginia. This used to be a distribution center back in the 1970s and according to its current property owner, its been untouched since the 1970s when its doors closed. They want to build on the site so we were called to by the contents. It was like we took a time machine to the mid 1970s only to find everything frozen in time. We were like kids in a candy store going thru piles and distribution boxes. We have so many collections coming in and over a dozen new purchases lined up for November already so we do not have the time to retail the contents. Our loss is your gain. This may be the LAST chance to acquire a stock like this since these old warehouse stocks are almost dried up. You just don't see them anymore. Condition on the Silver Age varies from approximately VG to VF with everything in between. Condition on the bronze varies from approximately VG to NM with the average somewhere in between. About 65% of the comics are Marvel with about 25% being DC and about 10% other publishers such as Charlton, Dell, & Atlas. There is duplicated quantity of many books in this warehouse find. This is not a negative, there are many buyers for the same book and it presents unique selling opportunities to generate revenue fast. This collection is contained in approximately 40 long boxes!
