2. For International/Oversea's buyers: We offer International & Oversea's shipping ONLY through eBay's Global Shipping Program. In this program eBay handles all the shipping costs, other taxes, fees and invoicing. eBay DOES NOT allow me to offer discounts, make changes or send an invoice once a sale is complete. My shipping fee covers the cost of our supplies and mailing it to eBay's distribution center in Kentucky. From there the package clears customs and is sent to its final destination. At a minimum it costs roughly between $30-40 USD to mail items to Europe. Other regions may be more costly. Please consider these costs BEFORE you bid or buy from us as they are the BUYERS responsibility.
