LUKE CAGE, Hero for Hire - Issues #1 and #2
Luke Cage Hero For Hire #1 Issue Comic and Issue #2!! These comics were published by Marvel Comics, 1972. Features the 1st and 2nd appearance of LUKE CAGE!! In my opinion, Issue #1 is in VG+ condition. The comic still has a super bright glossy cover with some moderate wear down along the spine. Some wear on the corners with some light tiny creasing in the top and bottom right corners. The edges are straight with no chipping. There is a couple of very tiny right center edge tears. There is also some red distributor ink spot on top edge. The interior pages are in good shape with no writing, cutouts or missing pages. The comic is complete! Issue #2 is first Claire Temple. Appeared in Daredevil Netflix show and rumored to appear in Luke Cage show. High grade copies will continue to go up in value. Comic condition appears to be around 9.0 maybe better but sticking with VF/NM to be safe. Beautiful higher grade copy.
