For very heavy items such as comic supplies & large hardback books there will be a surcharge for using courier shipping to the Scottish Highlands, Isles & N.Ireland or we will use Royal Mail standard parcels where available.

Items are sent securely in strong packaging. For low quantities this is a stiff oversized corrugated cardboard comic mailer. For larger quantities of comics and higher value items we use bubble wrap & poly chips in boxes. We want you to get your purchases in A1 condition.

If paying by paypal, we reserve the right to only ship orders over £15 to confirmed paypal addresses. If you do not have a confirmed paypal address please contact us before buying items totalling over £15.  If you have zero or low feedback, or a feedback % below 80%, please contact us before buying. Orders over £20 must be sent using a tracked service for buyer/seller protection.

We accept returns, within 14 days, where the item is not in the condition stated. The item must be returned in the condition it was sent and the buyer is responsible for return costs. A refund for the item value will be provided. If the item is lost or damaged in the mail we require you to co-operate with the mail claim process in order to provide a refund.
