Inside says Vol. 1, No. 1, June, 1972 issue. Front cover has crease lines near spine at bottom, right edge has creases and edge wear, most at lower right corner. It is a very nice comic otherwise.
I am not a grader, so please use photos of front and back cover to determine condition. It would be mailed First Class, bagged and boarded in a new self seal Stay Flat mailer if purchased separately, or along with up to 5 comic books depending on thickness and weight. Over one pound ships Priority Mail in a box.
