Description

Greetings, this lot is for an small collection of Marvel's Iron Man comic books from early to mid 90's or so – with several older issues mixed in. Condition should be mostly, Very Good, and possibly Near Mint condition – some of the older ones range from fair to very good, but a few are in bad shape (noted below). I don't think any of them have any significant wear or damage aside from the usual folded corners, and I'm not sure how many of them even have those. I won't call any of them mint, as I don't really believe the condition exists if the item has been handled. Below is a list of the comics included and/or missing:

Iron Man #126

Iron Man #143

Iron Man #144

Iron Man #175

Iron Man #196 – This one is in pretty poor shape. Tried repairing with tape LONG ago, but not well done.

Iron Man #231

Iron Man #234

Iron Man #235 – This one would be in good condition if not for the lack of it's cover.

Iron Man #238

Iron Man #243

Iron Man #285 through #332 (which has a duplicate). Missing issues from this sequence: #312, #325

Iron Man vol.2 #1 – This may not be volume 2, it's the first issue of the Heroes Reborn stupidity.

Iron Man Annual #13 - 1992

Marvel Milestones Edition of Iron Man #55 – first appearance of Thanos. (Obviously a reprint, if the photo isn't clear enough.)

All of the comics are double bagged – meaning there is two comic books per bag, separated by a cardboard backing. The bags and backings are BCW brand, and recently bought. Unfortunately I can't single bag / back them – I don't have enough, and I really don't want to spend any more money on that. As it is, I've factored the cost of the bags and boards into the start price – I recently had to buy hundreds of them for all of my comic books. Also, the books are wrapped as a block in bubble wrap in the box, which is stuffed with old newspaper (for packing, it's all I've got, I'm not spending money on that).

Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail only – as I think that's all that is available at this weight class.

I ask the winner to please pay within 48 hours of the sale, or at least provide a reason why payment has not been received, and when payment can be expected. I have had recent trouble with this, and will not tolerate payment that takes a week.

Lastly, these are sold AS IS, NO REFUNDS. BUYER BEWARE, ETC. Thank you for your interest.
