Lot of 4 Silver Age DC Comics 'The Flash' - #138, #147, #150, & #154

Most of our items are purchased from estate sales or auctions and are vintage, pre-owned and used.  We do our best to describe each item in detail and provide pictures that feature any defects or issues that we are aware of.  We are not experts, just collectors and we welcome questions and comments.

Description

These comic books are from the estate of a comic book collector, and we will be liquidating the collection over the next several weeks.  We have not had any of the books graded, but they have all been stored in carded bags for many, many years.  Please look at the photos and read the descriptions.  We will try to note any issues the books may have.  Please don't hesitate to ask any questions you might have.

Up for auction is a lot of four silver age DC Comics 'The Flash'.  Included in the lot;

- No. 138 August 1963 - "The Pied Piper's Double Doom!" - good used condition with wear to the cover, water glass stains, creases and corner folds, penciled price on the back cover

- No. 147 September 1964 - "Our Enemy the Flash!" - extra cover, the one attached to the book has marker writing on the front and back, the detached cover is in better shape with tape residue on the spine at the staples, the inside pages have a slight fold mark down the middle throughout

- No. 150 February 1965 - "Captain Cold's Polar Perils!" - cover shows wear on the spine and side edges, back cover has a 1" tear on the bottom edge

- No. 154 August 1965 - "The Day Flash Ran Away With Himself!" - cover shows wear with fold creases and is loose from the upper staple along with the first page, a couple pages have small tears at the top edge

All of these books are in fair to good condition. The inside pages are in good condition with no tears or writing unless noted above.  They will all be shipped in carded bags, in a box.

Payment

We accept PayPal for payment on auctions and Buy-It-Now items.  We ask that all items be paid for within five days, unless you are bidding on another item ending within the next seven days. Combined shipping is a great way to save a few dollars.  If you are bidding on other items from our store, please contact us so that we won’t ask eBay to open an ‘Unpaid Item Case’.   Buy-It-Now means just that, and we ask that you please pay for those items right away.  We will send an invoice for items with combined shipping costs and also to international buyers.   Other buyers, please let us know if you would like an invoice.

Shipping

We ship Monday through Friday, within one business day of receiving PayPal confirmation.  We usually offer options for shipping methods, so please check before you pay. We will gladly combine multiple items won or purchased.  We use eBay’s shipping calculator and do not charge additional shipping or handling fees.  The calculator is usually right on, based on the size and weight entered.  However, if we find that the actual cost to ship the package is less than what you paid, we will refund the difference.  We use eBay shipping labels so you have access to your tracking number as soon as it is printed.

International

We welcome international bidders and ask that you abide by the customs regulations of your country.  Please do not ask us to change the customs form, as it is against all customs regulations as well as eBay policy.  Some items are just too big to ship and we try to block those.  We apologize if we miss any.  Any item that bids up to $100.00 or more will be shipped USPS Priority Mail International so we can track and insure the item.  Please contact us if you have any questions on shipping costs.

Returns

We will gladly accept returns within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the item.  As long as the item is returned in the same condition, with original packaging if possible, we will issue a full refund of your purchase.   You will be responsible for return shipping.  Our feedback testifies to the quality of our packing and accurate item descriptions, however, if your item was damaged in shipping or we misrepresented the item, we ask that you please contact us immediately, before you leave feedback, so we can resolve the issue quickly and to everyone’s satisfaction.  We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and value your positive 5-star feedback.  We only ask that you give us a chance to make it right before you leave negative or neutral feedback or low DSR ratings.
