• We ship by USPS Priority Mail unless the item cannot be shipped by this method.
• Some items require insurance as stated in auction/ad and will not be shipped without insurance paid by buyer - payments received without insurance buyer will be contacted and funds returned if buyer does not want to pay for the insurance.
• International Buyers - we use Priority, Global Express only. We do not ship by any method that cannot be tracked online.
• Some items can be shipped by Media Mail or 1st Class within the US with delivery confirmation.
• Additional Packing Charges will be listed or quoted before payment.

• We know you have many choices on ebay and appreciate your business - we want this to be a positive experience for both buyer and seller.
• We cannot fix anything that we do not know about.
• Refund purchase price LESS SHIPPING if contacted through ebay within 3 days after delivery confirmation date.
