• Buyers will receive an invoice within 36 hours or less after the auction or offer acceptance.

• If you purchased more than one item and would like combined shipping, please send a request and if it is possible we will gladly accommodate you.

• All payments must be in process or received within 5 days of offer acceptance or end of auction.

• If payment is not received within this time frame a Non Paying Buyer Report will be issued.

• Please e-mail us prior to end of auction if you are new to eBay or would like to pay another way.

• We accept PAYPAL.

• We ship via the USPS to Continental USA addresses.

• We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii- please e-mail us with this request. Additional charges for shipping may be applied.

• WE ONLY ship to your confirmed PAYPAL address.

• Shipping & Handling charges include the cost of packaging materials, postage, fuel surcharge for postal drop off, and signature confirmation in certain circumstances.

• Insurance costs are added only when deemed necessary.

• Multiple purchases are combined into single shipments whenever possible to a single address to reduce shipping and handling fees and must be paid for and shipped at the same time.

• Orders will be shipped within 3 business days after receipt of valid payment and shipping information.

• How soon can I expect to receive my order?
  Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days after receipt of payment or sooner. Please allow adequate time for ground transportation, which varies by destination (3 - 10 days).

• There may be times when we are out of town for a Coin show.  I will notify you if there will be a delay in shipping.  

• Do you Combine Shipping?
  We combine multiple item purchases to a single shipping address to reduce shipping fees whenever possible.

• Do you Combine Shipments for NEW orders after earlier payment has been sent?
  Generally NO. We combine multiple items into a single Invoice and calculate shipping fees at Check-Out. Once an Invoice is created & paid additional fees are incurred.

• Do you accept returns? At this time we do not accept returns unless for a specific item.  If you receive an item that you feel is not acceptable- please contact us first before leaving feedback. We would like the chance to have positive feedback instead of negative.

• RETURNS IN THE EVENT OF AN AGREED UPON RETURN THERE MAY BE A 25% RESTOCKING FEE AND ONLY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE WILL BE REFUNDED- SHIPPING BOTH WAYS WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.
