Local pickups are welcome at our office a single $3.00 invoice charge applies however many auctions you win and pickup at one time.

All in state residents within our state will be charged state and/or local sales tax at the time of checkout.

Payment must be received within 10 days of the close of auction. If payment isn't received within 10 days, the auction will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.

Shipping:

Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours of payment receipt (excluding Saturday/Sunday)

Shipping costs for all orders can be determined by the shipping calculator in this auction. All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, Speedee or USPS.

International buyers, please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping charges. We reserve the right to choose carrier based on shipping method selected at time of payment.

Combined shipping is done at the sellers discretion. If you purchase more than one item from us, we will send in a single shipment unless separate packages is needed or required.

Returns:

Notification of returns must be received within 3 business days of your receipt of the item.  Returns will be accepted by EZ Sell usa but must be back in our office in 7 days from the receipt of your item.  Refunds will be for your full winning bid plus shipping charges.  Return shipping costs will not be refunded.  If you have a problem we will work with you to resolve partial refunds for problems can be arranged to avoid having to return an item.  Remember we strive for 5 Star service and will do what we need to do to earn it.
