Grading:  I use Overstreet's Comic Book Grading Guide (2016 ed.) as well as 30+ years of collecting experience to grade.  I also have several CGC, PGX, and CBCS books that I use for reference.  I try to be accurate with grading, but there is always some subjectivity, and hence variability, involved.  For example, I have a CGC 8.5 Wolverine #4 with no visible flaws except for one spine stress mark.  However, I also have a CGC 9.0 Swamp Thing #1 with two stress marks and a small corner crease. Personally, I think the 8.5 Wolverine looks better, which illustrates my point.

Generally, I spend more time and effort grading high grade books than low grade books.  For example, I will agonize for long minutes about whether to grade something an 8.0 versus a 9.0 because the difference and value can be large on a high-end book.  On the other hand, I won't spend much time trying to distinguish between a 2.0 and 3.0.

If unhappy with my grading, I will refund the purchase price; however, the buyer pays return shipping unless he/she can make a good argument that I really blew it on the grading.

Comics will be securely packed and bagged and boarded.

Shipping is $4.60 by First Class Mail within the U.S.  I do combine shipping (usually an extra $.50 per item); however, please wait for a combined invoice.

All international sales are handled through Ebay’s Global Shipping Program, and I have no control over those shipping charges.
