This comic book is signed and I can't read the writing. It looks like it says DM Tom Morgan. (Please look at the photo and tell me if you know what it says.) It is numbered at the bottom of the page 613/2500. I haven't seen another like this one. Please teach me about this comic book if you know more about it.
