Avengers 4 Golden Record Reprint 1966 reprinting the first Silver-age appearance of Captain America CGC SS 7.5 signed by Stan Lee and inscribed "Avengers Assemble!" but the book also contains the signature of the late King Jack Kirby on the inside cover. I have no doubt that the signature is authentic (Kirby often signed inside the cover), making this a true one of a kind item!
