This auction is not the DIECAST or later versions of the War Machine Mk I armor, it's for the very first Hot Toys War Machine figure. As one of HT's older figures, it shows it's age and is not as elaborate as current Iron Man figure releases - definitely a collector's item or good starting item for someone looking for an economical alternative to spending $300+ on newer HT Iron Man figures. 
This figure has been displayed in a museum pose in a locked, Detolf display cabinet as seen in the pictures. It was taken out of the package and put on shelf, never touched again.  Figure condition is good/fair - no scratches, chips, dings, dents or missing parts - it looks great!
*Please note* there is one minor issue with the figure: The left shoulder mounted cannon is loose from the figure. You still have 2 display options: (1) display the cannon by simply placing it on top of the left shoulder as seen in the pics or (2) pushing the left canon back down into the chest armor cavity where it will be hidden. If you opt to do #2 (push the cannon in) and wish to bring the cannon back out later, you'll need a small tool to pry the canon up and out of the cavity. Very simple with a little patience and gentle touch. I'll pack the left shoulder cannon independently in a small baggie so can decide which display option you prefer. 
Never played with; never tried extreme poses; joints are very nice for an old figure but not factory-like. This will arrive to you with all accessories and base included. Hot Toys original art box is included and in good condition. Hot Toys shipper not included. Comes from a smoke free/child free/pet free home by an adult collector.
Be advised this HT IM War Machine was prone to collector's snapping the figure at the waist when handled roughly, turned the waist too far, turned the waist too quickly. These are not designed to be played with or handled a lot, they aren't very sturdy and are display pieces.

*Important Note Regarding Batteries/Light Up Features* - The factory batteries come pre-installed in the older figures such as this. I don't know if the factory batteries work or are dead, and I don't know whether or not the light switches work since I never used this feature/function. There are no leaks or visible signs of battery leakage - by appearances everything looks great! However, I'm in no way, shape or form guaranteeing that the batteries work, that the light up features of the figure or base work, or that there won't be any corrosion/battery leakage on arrival since damage can occur during rough transit and is out of my control. You acknowledge by bidding on this item that you're willing to take the risk that the batteries/light up features may not work and/or the batteries may be corroded upon arrival.
