This is a CGC graded copy of Fantastic Four Annual #1 in Very Good condition.

This issue features an early Spider-Man appearance as well as the origin of the Sub-Mariner.

This book has some slight restoration due to a small about of glue on the spine of the cover, thus getting a purple label from CGC.

This book is from the Incredible Michalke Collection! I'm not allowed to provide a link but if you Google 'Michalke Collection Saginaw' you can find the write-up on our website easily enough.

All graded books from the Michalke Collection will include a CoA but only books that sell for more than $500 will include a Slab-Pro portfolio. All other books will be placed in a Mylar sleeve for protection.

We use boxes and sheets of styrofoam to ship all of our CGC comics. You will never get your valuable comics busted up in a padded envelope from us! USPS would have to run over the box to damage your book.

The "fading" on the top edge of the comic in the scans is caused by the scanner. You can see in the pictures of the comic that there is no fading at the top of this book.
