Highly key issue, with the first appearance of Black Panther and the first exposure of the Negative Zone, which became so important over the years.
Note to shoppers: I don’t grade them on a decimal scale because, after a certain point, grading becomes an arbitrary call between perceived shades of quality, and trying to be too precise can lead to disillusion and argument. I use G, VG, F+ etc because they have a broader feeling, and for that follow the generally agreed-upon Overstreet grading guidelines. But comics age like people's faces, and the older ones reflect a unique life of handling, so the guidelines can’t account for all dimensions and combinations of wear and defect and it ends up a judgment call. If there's doubt I pick the lower grade.
