Fantastic Four 52 - July 1966. Marvel key, 1st appearance of the Black Panther. Still one of the more undervalued 1st appearances from the 1960's.
Book was strictly graded by CGC and has great eye appeal with this black cover. No detractors such as writing, store stamps, or significant miscuts which is fairly common with this issue.
Great issue with lots of upside.
