Fantastic Four #52 from July 1966This is the first appearance of Black Panther, who is slated to be getting the big screen treatment in 2017. This book has exploded in popularity recently and values are only on the rise. This copy has been recently graded by third party grading company CBCS at a 5.0 with Off-White to White pages. If there were any question that CBCS grades a good bit stricter than CGC this should only help to confirm it, as this particular book was a CGC graded 6.0 (with cert #: 0944972006) but it's case was cracked.. Sadly, rather than just going with a re-slabbing, I decided to just submit it with a batch that I was sending in to CBCS, and it resulted it a full point downgrade. This one sure visually presents a lot better than any 5.0 I've seen (and I think it would most likely receive the same 6.0 it had prior, if it was sent back to CGC) I will also include the CGC label it had in it's prior slab, in case you care to enclose it, if you decide to resubmit it to them, (or get it signed first, and then re-sub) perhaps. Regardless of that, this copy obviously has really excellent eye-appeal for it's current given grade, and would make a great addition to any silver age key comic portfolio. Thanks for looking!
