Fantastic Four #45 from December 1965
This issue is the first appearance of the Inhumans. Prices have recently been on the rise for all the early Inhuman-related appearances, since the announcement of the 2018 slated release date of a big screen treatment.
Copies of Fantastic Four #45 have always seemed a bit tougher to find, and with the added collector (and speculator) demand due to the movie announcement, there are definitely not enough copies to go around. As the movie gets closer, and more future fans become aware of the Inhumans, prices most likely will continue to get even higher for these, making this a good chance to get one before they go up even further.
This copy has really good eye appeal for it's given grade, (and it actually looks to be a bit nicer than that grade at first inspection) mainly because at some time in it's life a prior owner thought it a good idea to reinforce the upper right corner with a small piece of tape. Although very minor and fairly innocuous, it definitely lowered it's given grade substantially (but also making this a way more affordable opportunity to get a really solid appearing copy). This issue has been graded by 3rd party grading company CBCS at a 4.5 with White pages.
