Fantastic Four #4 1962 1st SA Sub-Mariner Appearance COVERLESS & INCOMPLETE(0.1)

This is a classic early issue of the FANTASTIC FOUR, first appearance of the Sub-Mariner, but it is incomplete. It is missing the cover and a number of pages as detailed below. ALL missing pages have been replaced with high quality scans printed on paper that is very similar to vintage newsprint, close to feel and  texture. However, the colors might be SLIGHTLY off/different/darker. Please look closely at the pictures provided.

1.      Cover missing – replaced by  wrap around scan with images of both outside and inside(adds)covers. Printed on 14" x 10" white paper.

T    First wrap/First last 16th leafs/story page 1,2 and 2 ad pages missing - replaced with color scan printed on 14" x 10" paper.   

      5th wrap/5th and 12th leafs/story pages 7 and 8, pin up and ad  missing - replaced with color scan printed on 14" x 10" paper.

  3.    The remaining original pages are off-white, and all have a 3 inch transverse tear across the middle of the spine. Some of the tears have been sealed with archival tape. All covers and pages have been reattached using the original staple.

Being coverless and incomplete, the grade is Poor(0.1), the lowest grade possible. However, the comic is still readable and looks quite presentable. 

There's a rumor that the Sub-Mariner will be the main villain in the next Black Panther movie, so this comic has been super hot. Compete decent copies are going for wellabove $1,000, while another incomplete copy was listed at $499.99. Get this copy at a bargain price.
