I am not a professional grader; I try to follow the guide from PGX http://pgxcomics.com/pgx-grading-guideline/ this book meets all the criteria of a 7.0 , sharp edges, flat book with no crease, corners look great, the spine is not rolled at all, . this book has been kept in a bag and board and boxed for about 30 years in a private collection, not in a store inventory being flipped thru by kids, this book is worthy of being graded and slabbed, I just have too many to do that with.

with a grading of 7 this book as a FMV of $100  i am going to start the auction off at just 34.99 this is a CRAZY price for this book in this condition but I need to clear out some inventory.
