Fantastic Four #36 from March 1965
This key issue features the first appearance of the Frightful Four, and it also has an Avengers and X-Men cameo.. but more importantly, especially of late, is Medusa, who is also an Inhuman, makes her very first appearance (and therefore this issue is actually the first story that features an Inhuman!) This initial story helps sets the stage for a number of battles between the Frightful Four (of which Medusa is a member) and the Fantastic Four in a long-running storyline that eventually leads into the arrival of another Inhuman, Gorgon, in #44 and then the even more Inhumans that arrive in #45. Prices have recently been on the rise for all the early key Inhuman-related appearances, since the announcement of the 2018 slated release date of a big screen movie treatment.
As the movie gets closer, and more future fans become aware of Medusa and the Inhumans, prices most likely will continue to get even higher for these key first appearances.
This issue has been graded by 3rd party grading company CGC at a 5.5 with Off-White to White pages. This copy has really good eye appeal for it's given grade, and would make a nice copy for a silver age or Inhuman key comic portfolio!
